EM P HAD PROBLEM CHANGING GEARS FROM REVERSE TO FORWARD AND STARTED TO RUN IN NEUTRAL. GAINED SPEEDAND DID NOT REACT TO BRAKES ON UNPAVED ROAD. EMPJUMPED OUT OF TRUCK. SUFFERED MINOR INJURY.
