EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING BESIDE SHUTTLE CAR CABLE. WHEN THE SHUTTLE CAR BEGAN TO TRAM TOWARD THE FEEDER, THE CAR'S CABLE BECAME TAUT AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND.
EMPLOYEE WAS STEERING DISABLED SHUTTLE CAR THROUGH CLOSE CLEARANCE AREA 200' INBY DMPT. P STEEL CABLE WAS ATTACHED TO AN END LOADER ON THE SURFACE AND THE SHUTTLE CAR BEGAN TO DRIFT INTO A WOO DEN CNB. THE EMPLOYEE LEFT THE DECK OF THE SHUTTLE CAR AND WAS MOUNTANING CAUGHT BROKEN THE SHUTTLE CAR FRAME & CRIB THE AREA WAS WET & MUDDY.
