WEATHER CONDITIONS - DEEP FOG CAUSED EE TO RUN OFF ROAD AND RUN INTO THE BANK.
SAID EMPL WAS LOCING 4 WHEEL DRIVE IN PULLED OUT. 4 WHEEL DRIVE KICKED OUT LETTING TRUCK ROLL BACK INTO POND. ROAD WAS SLICK WET WHERE WE HAD WATERED DOWN TO KEEP DUST DOWN.
