Injured employee was using a hydraulic boom to hold a hydraulic pump in place on a D 11 dozer. The boom control was beside him on the dozer, when he inadvertently activated the lower switch and lowered the boom onto his back.

Mostrando los 7Injured employee was operating a 992G endloader loading rock trucks. He was loading parallel with the shot, undercutting the shot material and some rock rolled into the cab resulting in contusions to the left hand and right knee. He had been instructed on two previous occassins to load perpendicular to the shot material.
The boom on the powder truck was swung in the wrong direction striking the employee in the head and shoulder.
EE WAS OPERATING A ROCK TRUCK-WHILE BEING LOADEDWITH OVERBURDEN THE SPOIL PILE SLIPPED AND ROCK AND DIRT STRUCK THE ROCK TRUCK THE IMPACT JARREDTHE ROCK TRUCK AND JERKED THE DRIVER AROUND SHARPLY. HIS BACK BECAME STIFF AND HIS RIGHT LEGBEGAN TO TINGLE.
THE INJURED WAS OPERATING A ROCK TRUCK AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING LOADED WITH ROCK. A ROCK FELL FROM THE ENDLOADER BUCKET STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE'S LEFT HAND WHICH WAS RESTING ON THE WINDOW OF THE ROCK TRUCK.
EMPLOYEE WAS PASSENGER IN THE TRUCK WHICH WAS BEING DRILLER UP HILL TO SERVICE DRILL. THE DRIVER STALLED THE ENGINE AND TRUCK BEGAN TO ROL BACKWARDS. THE EMLOYEE JUMPED OUT OF THE TRUCK AS I T ROLLED OVER THE EMPBANKMENT STARTED DOWN THE HILL.
EMPLOYEE WAS PRYING THE GREASE TRUCK WHEN HE STALLED THE ENGINE AS HE ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE GEARS AS THE TRUCK BEGAN TO RUN BACKWARDS THE EMPLOYEE JUMPED OUT OF THE TRUCK MINOR INJURY TO 4TH FIN GER OF RT HAND FIRST AID TREATMENT ONLY
