Injured person was helping get the hood down on a coal loader. He was pushing on the hood and backed off the loader falling to the ground. He broke his right ankle and right heel from the fall. (HE is not a West Virginia Mine Power employee, the accident did happen on Mine Powers property.)

Security guard was found on the sidewalk and stated that he slipped on sidewalk and injured left arm,jaw,back of head.
Employee was unselective carrying metal roof straps (roof-bolting supplies) haphazardly in the supply area outby working section when he tripped over metal roof straps that were lying on mine floor. Employee fell down and injured his lower back as a result of tripping and falling.
