EE, at the beginning of the shift was climbing the mounting ladder on the 789C Rock truck and as EE went to grab the grab rail on the front of the cab, missed the rail with hand and as a result fell backwards and landed on back & right hip.

Mostrando los 37EE is a Continuous Miner Operator on 39B Section, right side. EE was tramming the miner down the Number 7 Entry, when EE stepped into a hole and twisted left ankle.
EE was carrying a can of welding rods, when EE fell, causing the palm of EE's hand to strike the sharp edge of the can and EE suffered a laceration to EE's left hand. The injury required stitches to close the wound.
EE was installing a rib bolt when EE heard a "pop" in the roof at the ATRS, as EE turned to move away EE felt pain in right knee. EE worked full duty until 9/11/20 when EE needed medical attention. EE was placed on restricted duty at that time.
Employee was climbing up the access steps of the 777C rock truck to clean the mirrors. EE lost footing and fell backwards to the ground. Employee landed on back and began experiencing pain in the neck, back, and hips as a result of the fall.
