Employee used their foot to attempt to throw a switch. They slipped and fell backward onto their SCSR unit. This caused pain to their lower back. Transported to local hospital. Negative x-rays, etc. Released to return to work but did not report in on the next scheduled shift.

Mostrando los 25While spotting belt rollers on the 13 Right beltline, employee bent down to pick up a top roller. EE felt a "pop" in the right knee and fell to the ground. EE was unable to put any weight on the leg and was brought out of the mine. EE was transported to a local hospital and diagnosed with a torn meniscus in the knee.
As the employee stepped down from employee's bull dozer, employee felt a sharp pain in employee's right knee. Employee had difficulty straightening the knee. Employee completed employee's shift but called off on employee's next scheduled shift.
While walking by a portal bus, the employee caught the safety hook of the bus with EE's left foot. EE fell and twisted EE's ankle.
