Team member stepped in a rut at the facility and twisted an ankle. The team member was taken to the ER and diagnosed with a sprain. At follow up appointment MRI was prescribed and determined a hard boot should be required on March 5, 2020. The team member continues to be able to perform work duties and has not missed any work.

Mostrando los 7Employee was helping position the crude oil rack on the next rail car to be loaded. When the rack was close to being in position, employee stepped on a yellow concrete block to signal the driver to stop. Employee slipped off the yellow block and fractured his left ankle. Employee was driven to the hospital and treated.
EE had just clocked in and had sat down on a chair in the break room. He then passed out and fell to the floor striking his face when he landed. This caused a 3/4 inch long laceration across his upper lip that required stitches. He was cleared to return to work with no restrictions.
A contractor (driver) was unloading on a grizzly. He got out of his truck to restart the grizzly and was not paying attention when he walked too close to the grizzly. He slipped and suffered an abrasion to his right leg. He suffered no impairement, just soreness for a few days.
Contractor mechanic was stepping from a D11 track to dozer arm to get down from machine when his foot slipped, causing him to fall to the ground and hit his shoulder and head. He bruised his shoulder (rotator cuff). No loss time-light duty.
EE was assisting in attaching a chocker to a piece of equipment that was going to be installed As the employee climbed into the equipment he slipped and bruised the back side of his left leg behind the knee.
Dark night- sleet- checking coal in front trailer (used ladder on rear trailer) stepped onto tongue and slipped and hit cheek on tongue of trailer.
