THIS RESULTED IN THE EMPLOYEE BREAKING HIS UPPER RIGHT ARM.
EE WAS CHANGING A SCREEN ON A STONE CRUSHER. EE STATES HE SLIPPED ON THE SNOW COVERED SCREEN & FELL HITTING HIS RIGHT ARM/SHOULDER ON THE CATWALK.
