Fueler was removing fueling hose on a 992 loader when he felt a sharp pain in his left calf and felt pressure on it. He fell to the ground for a minute and then continued to work.

Climbing off of left side of 992G Loader and fell from steps.
Employee was stepping down from grader. He said his right hand gave away and let him fall onto the corner of blade and circle of the grader.
Operator was climbing down from D9 Dozer when he slipped off step, cutting left leg.
EE slipped and fell on drill bench injuring lower back. There were no witnesses to the accident.

EE was walking behind welding truck, stumbled over a chain, fell and hit his head on a piece of triangled metal that was sticking up on a piece of flat metal.
EE went to step off the steam truck he slipped and hit his leg on the bottom step of the truck.
EE was filling up fuel truck. He climbed up ladder to see if truck was full. He was climbing down and he slipped on ladder and fell on ground. He said his right shoulder and neck were hurting. Sent him to hospital (A.R.H.)
