Employee was loading supplies into EE's scoop. The employee's foot got caught and EE fell. As EE was falling, EE reached EE's arm out and fell onto a pallet. A nail from the pallet poked EE in the right forearm requiring one stich to close the wound.

OTR truck driver was walking around their truck checking lights. While walking the driver stepped in a hole causing them to trip and fall. When falling I.E. fractured two fingers on their right hand when hitting the ground.
I.E. was carrying a box of glue to their roofbolter tray. As they were walking they slipped on a rock and landed on their left arm catching themselves with their hand. I.E. has continued to work until doctor's restrictions put them on restricted duty. I.E. is still working. I.E. went on restricted duty on 5-9-2022. I.E. began missing work for the injury on 8-3-2022.
I.E. was moving a roof bolter from the side controls. As they were walking with the machine they stepped off the end of a rock and felt a strain in the back of their right ankle. Two days later while preparing to go underground the ankle popped and caused them discomfort. Doctors restrictions took them off work on 1-7-2022.
I.E. was getting curtain drops from the tool sled crosscut. While walking back out into the travelway, they tripped over a piece of metal stuck in the mine floor. When they fell they struck their elbow on the mine floor causing a hairline fracture in their elbow. I.E. is working on restricted duty.
I.E. was standing on the side of the roof bolter trying to move a crooked bundle of screenwire on the bolter. They took a step back and tripped over a bolt divider on the bolter and fell to the ground landing on their neck and upper back. Specialist deemed the I.E. unable to work on 5-4-2021.
IE was pulling cable off of the roofbolter reel for an inspection of the roof bolter. IE pulled the cable through a set of curtains and tripped over a loop of cable that had been previously pulled off. As IE tripped another miner pulled more cable off and caused the IE to fall and contact their right shoulder on the ground. Restrictions have taken the IE off work on 3-4-2021.
Walking along examiners route in the return. I.E. stepped in a rut along the route and tripped and fell to the ground. When tripped I.E. heard a pop in their right knee along with pain. I.E. continued to work until doctor restrictions took them off work on 12-28-2020.
I.E was brooming dust along the 2N #2 beltline. While doing so I.E. got close to the ledge of an underpass cut underneath the beltline. I.E. fell from the ledge (approx 4') causing an injury to head. Doctor restrictions have the employee off work starting 03/23/2020.
While working on grizzly bars on raw coal pad, an opening was covered in coal and employees foot fell through causing EE to fall and injure EE's right shoulder. Employee continued to work until surgery on 11/14/2019.
Employee was placing buckets in diesel scoop bucket when EE slipped and fell causing left elbow to come in contact with the bucket stinger. Employee began missing work on 8-5-2019.
