Changing clip on top feed conveyor belt on Screen Plant. Was using pliers trying to break bolt off with pliers. Pliers slipped and hand hit bolt and cut middle knuckle on right hand.

Employee was on the ground operating the controls to dump the grizzly on the Road Runner Screen Plant. An 8" or less round rock came off of the overhead deep trough conveyor and struck employee's left lower arm and left hand area.
