Victim was trying to tighten a hydrolic hose. EE stepped up to arm of rod handler, rested EE's hand on the black of the cylinder while it was separated. There was miscommunication about what to lower. The whole cylinder got lowered instead of the tram. Top block smashed EE's resting hand.

Individual was placing a sump pump near ball mill 4, placed hand in a pinch point. Resulted in smashing left index finger.

Individual did an improper release of a drone, resulting in a laceration from propeller on the tip of right thumb.

Individual was washing a beaker that had a chip in the top. Resulted in a laceration on hand between thumb and index finger.
