EE was handling 12" x 12" x 18" wooden blocks & used attached handle to pull block by EE's body. EE inadvertently contacted a second block that had already been placed behind EE. The tip of the Right Pinky Finger was caught in between the two wooden blocks & caused a laceration to the finger's nail bed. Stitches were required to close the wound. EE was placed on work restrictions.

Mostrando los 4Employee was working two steps up on a step ladder and felt instability in the ladder. While descending the step ladder, the ladder leg broke causing Employee to fall a short distance to the ground. Employee used Right arm to break the fall, causing strain to right shoulder. After professional Medical Evaluation, EE was released to work with restrictions for 10 days.
Ee was inspecting the end of a parked Genco mantrip, when it rolled forward and Ee was caught between vehicle and tool cart. Ee was seen at local ER and released to full duty. The next day the Ee was experiencing some pain and was taken to local clinic. Dr. advised Ee to stay home the next shift, and return on next regular shift after weekend with no further restrictions.
EE received 2 stitches to Left cheek. During attempts to remove a worn bit from cutter head, a punch hammer dislodged and struck Left side of face.
