A CRANE LIFTED THE COUNTERWEIGHT. VICTIM REACHED FOR A TIE AND HAD THE UPPER PART OF HIS BODY UNDER THE COUNTERWEIGHT. PART OF THE CRANE RIGGING BROKE. THE COUNTERWEIGHT FELL ON THE VICTIM.
