Employee was washing out the loader bucket with a fire hose. The hose became tangled and the employee was attempting to untangle the hose when he tripped over a roller frame that was holding one end of the hose down.

Employee was attempting to free a cable that was jammed in a winch. When the cable suddenly came free, the employee lost his footing and fell, striking right shoulder on the deck of the sand dredge.
Employee was replacing a 50 lb motor on dredge screen plant. In process of removing motor, the come-a-long came loose and the motor slid down and hit employee's right knee pinning his leg against the pole.

EE was working on a dredging screen. EE lost footing in sand and slipped and fell backwards, landing on a padeye. EE suffered left chest wall contusion.
Employee was repairing a fan in the stacking area of the warehouse and grabbed a blade to spin the fan blades to make sure the fan was spinning correctly. His finger slipped and a blade struck his right middle finger causing a laceration of the finger.
EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF WEIGHING UP 47 LB. BAGS FROM THE BAGGER. HE GRABBED THE BAG FROM THE TURNTABLE AND TURNED TOWARDS THE WEIGH SCALE AND FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
EE WAS TIGHTENING THE BOLTS ON THE DRYER'S PINON BEARINGS. HE DESCENDED DOWN THE EXTENSION LADDER AND MISSED THE BOTTOM STEP. HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT ANKLE, SPRAINING THE LEFT ANKLE.
THE FLIGHT BROKE LOOSE IN THE DRYER AND GOT JAMMED. THE DRYER WAS SHUT DOWN AND EE ATTEMPTED TO UNJAM AND REMOVE THE BROKEN FLIGHT. IN THE PROCESS OF UNJAMMING THE FLIGHT, THE FLIGHT STRUCK BO TH FOREARMS, BURNING BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT FOREARM.
