Mostrando los 6Employee was on a ladder painting a pontoon, about 4 feet off the floor. She misjudged how much room she had and fell off the ladder onto her back. Her supervisor told her not to get up immediately, but stay there until he was sure it was safe for her to move. Once they decided she was okay, she stood up.

Reattaching chain on fuel pumps to lock up, during this process the upper arm started to cramp and the employee said he heard something pop. A knot in his arm and bruise happened in the process.
