Replacing guard on screen belt. Prop slipped causing belt to come down on a hand.
Stepping into the dredge, foot caught on rubber on step causing EE to fall forward. EE reached forward to catch self and hit something on the left side of EE's upper arm. EE was not sure what that was. Felt something snap in EE's arm.

EE and another employee were cutting metal with a cutting torch. The other employee went to hand the torch to ee without shutting it off first. He dropped the torch in the hand off process and the flame burned ee arm.
Backing loader, door came open, went to reach for the door and his hand was on the door frame. The door swung back and shut on his thumb.
REMOVING A PLASTIC TAG FROM A NEW HAMMER. AS THE TAG WAS TWISTED & PULLED A PIECE BROKE OFF HITTING HIS EYE.
EE CLIMBED UP ON THE LOADER TO START IT. THERE WAS FROST ON THE FENDER HE MISSED THE STEP & SLIPPED & FELL ON HIS ARM. IT DEEP BRUISED HIS ARM
