MECHANIC NOTICED STARTER ON TRUCK WAS HOT. HE WENT TO DISCONNECT IT WITHOUT UNHOOKING BATTERY, TAKING TRUCK OUT OF GEAR, OR BLOCKING TRUCK. WHEN HE MOVED STARTER WIRES, STARTER ENGAGED CAUSI NG TRUCK TO MOVE. CATCHING HI ARM IN COMPARTMENT AND BREAKING IT.
