AN ARC FLASH OCCURRED CASUING BOTH EMPLOYEES TO BE BLOWN TO THE GROUND. INJURED EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND WAS BURNED. EE WAS TAKEN LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR EVALUATION THEN TRANSFERRED TO UAB IN BHM, AL.

The vehicle started to tip over so he put his left foot out to try to stop it from tipping over. When he did that the vehicle tipped and pinned his left foot underneath until it came to a stop.
