A mine employee was walking on uneven ground and slipped on some gravel causing EE to fall. EE received a laceration on EE's right knee which required 3 sutures. EE was released back to duty with lifting restrictions

Mostrando los 9The employee was loading a pallet with a forklift onto a flat bed trailer at the company office which is not on the mine site. EE was parking the forklift and reached to engage the emergency brake and felt a pop in EE's wrist.
Individual was helping install hoist bed pins on a 777 haul truck. EE bent over to get a tool and when EE raised up EE hit the back of head on the fuel tank guard causing EE to lose consciousness for a short time.
