Operator was working on replacing metal screen. Screen slipped and Operator cut EE's on EE's middle finger

Forklift operator was moving a concrete block when it slid from the fork and hit EE on EE's right foot. Foot was swollen and EE was taken to the hospital by EE's Supervisor. Foot was not broken but it was advised to stay home for the time being and come back in one week to check EE's foot again.
