Employee stated they had a cut on left hand & thigh (doesn't know how they got there) and when cleaning the hopper on the sweeper with the non-potable water, water got into both cuts. Employee indicated that the non-potable water caused an infection.

Mostrando los 17The employee is an office employee, not a miner. EE was moving a small concrete statue that was dropped off by a customer for recycling in the parking lot area. The employee walked up to the area in the parking lot to place the statue and as EE walked away, EE's foot slid and EE rolled EE's left ankle.
