WHEN COUPLED, PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE HOSE CA USING HOSE TO COME LOOSE AND STRIKING DRILL HELPER ON RIGHT SIDE OF FACE CAUSING LACERATION REQUIRING TWENTY TWO STITCHES.
