Employee's were engaged in installing a pin in an excavator arm. They inserted the pin partially in the hole but it wouldn't go in all the way. The pin popped out and the excavator arm fell on one of the employee's hand pinching it between the two sticks. Employee's thumb tip to the nail, the index and middle finger were severed.

While helping another miner repair a V belt on the sand screw a pipe wrench slipped out of the hand of the other miner striking EE in the forehead.
Trying to break a bolt free and the wrench slipped off resulting in injury.
Tail pulley of #1 conveyor underwater due to heavy rain & melting snow from previous evening. - No personal injury or damage to equipment from this occurrence.

Welding on a new chute, EE asked for the assistance of a co-worker in turning over the chute. Co-worker lifted one side of the chute using a forklift, and as the chute turned over it bounced off the table and into EE forcing him into a metal table behind him.
Mine area inundated with water - cannot operate.
