EE FUELING EQUIPMENT ON A VERY WINDY DAY. WIND BLEW DEBRIS IN EYE. A PIECE BECAME LODGED AT EDGE OF CORNEA, CREATING A MINOR CORNEAL ABRASION.
EMPLOYEE WAS WELDING IN THE RIVER TUNNEL WITH A WELDING HOOD ON AND EXPERIENCED MODERATE TO SEVERE FLASH BURNS TO BOTH EYES.
EMPLOYEE WAS UNHOOKING CHAIN FROM LOADER BUCKER WHEN STEPPED IN BUCKET WITH MUDDY BOOTS HE SLIPPED AND FELL ON HIS RIGHT SIDE BRUISING HIS RIBS & KIDNEY.
