INDIVIDUAL WAS SWINGING SEGMENTS WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER ON A D-9 DOZER LARGE METAL FLEW & STRUCK HIM IN LEFT HAND PENETRATED THROUGH LEATHER GLOVES.
ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS TRUCK WAS BEING LOADED. A LARGE ROCK HIT THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK, BOUNCING THE OPERATOR FROM THE SEAT OF THE TRUCK.
