HE WAS ROOFBOLTING AND PUT HIS ATRS SUPPORT UP AND PIECE OF ROCK 2'X1'FELL BETWEEN ARMS AND HIT HIS WRIST,CUTTING IT.CUT 3" LONG X 1/2" WIDE.OCCURRED IN #5 ENTRY TOWARD FACE.

BOLT WAS BROKEN OUT ON STEERING ARM. ARM WAS RAISED UP SO BOLT WOULD NOT FIT INTO IT. EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO JACK ARM DOWN WITH HYDRAULIC JACK, WHEN JACK SLIPPED OUT, CATCHING EE'S HAND AGAINST S.CAR FRAME.
ROOF FALL IN 3RD CROSSCUT OF #4 ENTRY. IT FELL 7'-8'HI X 20'W X 20'L. NO ONE WAS IN THE DIRECT AREA AND NO INJURIES. FALL WAS TIMBERED, DANGERED OFF AND STARTED TO CONTACT MSHA OFFICE.
