Employee was walking down the primary shaker stairs when slipped and fell. Employee started to experience pain on right ankle.

Employee was preparing to wash build up material from under the main feed conveyor. Employee started pulling a 2" wash hose when employee started to experience pain in left shoulder area.
Employee was stepping down from Caterpillar D8T dozer. In the process of dismounting of the machine the employee misses the step making the employee put all EE's weight on left knee. Employee stated felt a pop in EE's knee area.
Employee was carrying a metal plate when EE started to experience back pain.
Employee was working on removing a belly pan for haul unit in the process of moving out the way of belly pan employee felt pain in their right shoulder.
