Employee was in changing a return roller in the process of standing up employee started to experience pain in the lower back area.

Employee was replacing a tail pulley on the pea gravel belt when the shaft of the tail pulley slipped and causing a finger to get caught between the shaft and conveyor belt frame. Employee stated they pulled the finger back in a jerking motion causing the hand injury.
