They were replacing transmission in the water truck. While pushing on transmission jack a rock got stuck under a wheel causing extra load. While pushing and pulling employee over strained.

EE removed sucker hose to clean out debris while re-installing sucker hose EE pulled a groin muscle. I was informed of the injury two days later. I sent EE to medical clinic. Which then I was informed EE has a hernia.

Pulling slack out of conveyor belt from one side so that the belt could be re-spliced. He was standing on conveyor frame twisting his upper body to pulll slack. During the repair he felt pain in his back.
