INJURED WAS REPLACING HYDRAULIC CYLINDER ON EXCAVATOR WHILE CYLINDER WAS BEING MOVED INTO PLACED IT FELL OFF OF JACK. INJURED\S HAND WAS PINCHED BETWEEN FALLEN CYLINDER AND MACHINE BOOM RESULT ING IN INJURY TO LEFT INDEX FINGER.
