CAUSED BY HORSEPLAY, I NAME HAD THROWN AND BOARD INTO THE FEEDER HOPPER. HE ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE IT IN THE VICTIM OP THE HEAD PULLEY SHAFT HIS CLOTHING BECAME ENTANGLED OF THE SHAFT AND SPUN HI M AROUND SEVERAL TIMES CAUSED BADLY LACERATED RIGHT ARM AND RIGHT EAR.
