I.NAME WAS EXIT3NG A TORJAN HI-LIFT. THE STEPS OF THE HI-LIFT WERE WET DUE TO RAIN WHILE DESCENDING HE SLIPPED FROM ONE STEP TO ANOTHER APPROX 1.5' TWISTING HIS LEFT ANKLE.
