Employee had come into the office several days prior and told us that he had been having chest pains and was going to see a doctor about it. When he experienced the pains at work he was immediatley taken to the ER. Employee returned to work the next day.

Dr. noted that this is a medical condition called Pleurisy and not a worked related condition and or occupational disease. No mining operations were being conducted at the mine. EE had only been there a few hours conducting surveying operations.
