Employee was climbing a ladder to access a screening plant when the ladder moved. EE reached out to grab the chain to steady self and heard a pop in EE's shoulder.

Was shutting off water pump after filling the water tuck. Was walking back to the truck, stepped on a rock, which caused them to stumble, they felt a pop and had some pain. Told a supervisor about it, thought they had sprain an ankle. As the day went on the pain became worse and they sought medical treatment.

Over-exertion in wielding or throwing objects

Was shoveling out mud out of the secondary crusher when the shovel hit the inside of the lip on the crusher causing the shovel to stop abruptly and bending their right wrist back causing immediate pain.
