Ee was using a manual belt splicer. Felt a pop and discomfort in Right Shoulder. Dr. referred to Self-Care, released to full duty. Several months later, Ee was still experiencing discomfort. Ee received a steroid injection in the Right Shoulder September 2023.

Struck by falling object

Ee was installing a pin. Pin fell about 18"" onto Ee's left hand, causing lacerations to tips of ring and pinky fingers. Laceration to ring finger required 8 stitches to close the wound.
