Employee was on the catwalk located at the c-19 conveyor. He was assisting 2 other employee with the re-spooling of the cable. A section of the conveyor ""dropped down"" the belt went into a ""wave like motion"" causing them to be tossed upward off the belt, and the cables somehow whipped in the air and wrapped around his legs, pulled him upward, then dropped him.
The support cables on c-19 conveyor became twisted. He were working on re-spooling them when a section in the middle of the conveyor frame ""dropped down""due to (4) 3/4"" bolts shearing off. When the section dropped, they were jolted up off the belt due to the ""wave like movement"" on the belt. They they came back on the belt they sustained the injuries

EE was cleaning the tip of his welding torch, by wiping it on the palm of his left hand welding glove; after several tries, the glove caught fire and burned his left hand.
Employee bent over to disconnect a part from a piece of equipment when he felt pain in his lower back and was unable to straighten himself up. He had this condition and problem approx 2 years ago while he was moving an appliance in his home.
Employee was using a ""Manlift"" to get to the c-9 conveyor. His hand was outside of the cage area. His pinky finger got caught between the manlift and the conveyor crushing it.
EE was helping to change screen decks at the secondary plant. The handling of the screen deck became ackward and began to tilt, he tried to staighten it up, when it cut his finger.
Knocking pins out of a bucket which was attached to a front end loader. A piece of metal broke off and cut his left arm
