Employee was using a ""portable stair rack"" so he could work on a crusher bowl. When he finished climbing the stair rack he said he felt pain in his right knee.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was working on a piece of steel plate. He and a co-worker were aligning the plate. Employee stuck his finger inside on of the holes, the plate shifted and caught his index finger, left hand.
