One scoop was pushing another scoop that broke down when one bucket went over the top of the other. The injured employee who was operating the disabled scoop bounced in his operator's compartment injuring his lower back.
Injured empliyee was attempting to park mantrip in a charging station. Left front tire struck rib line, while attempting to back up from rib-steering wheel turned abruptly in oposite direction striking employee on ungloved hand.
Employee jarred his back while driving a golf cart. He continued to work until August 28, 2006. His first missed scheduled work day was Aug. 29. He is scheduled for an MRI on 9/7/06.
While operating Johnson Industries mantrip, employee caught tire on coal rib causing steering wheel to spin causing laceration to left little finger requiring four stitches.

While riding out of mine from daylite shift mantrix was backing up when operator foot slipped off brake. Mantrip struck rib. Two days later employee said he felt dizzy wen to doctor. He stated he had sore neck from incident 2 days prior.
EE WAS ASSISTING WITH ADVANCE OF SECTION BELT LINE. HIS BACK WAS TURNED TO THE SCOOP TRACTOR BUCKET. EE WAS IN KNEELING POSITION WHEN ORDER WAS GIVEN TO LOWER SCOOP TRACTOR BUCKET. BUCKET CAUGHT AND INJURED EE ON BOTH HEELS.
Injured person was operating a shuttle car when the tires hit a hole in bottom. this action jarred his back. he sustained a bulged disc in his lower back which requires physical therapy and time off work.

Injured person was tramming a shuttle car when he caught his left elbow between the shuttle car canopy post and coal rib. He sustained a fractured bone in elbow which is causing him to lose time from work.
THE EE ACCIDENTALY RAN THE SCOOP BUCKET INTO THE CORNER OF STUMP 6-7, THE SCOOP BUCKLED ENOUGH TO PINCH HIS HEAD AND HELMET BETWEEN THE SCOOP AND ROOF.
INJURED PERSON WAS OPERATING A ROCK TRUCK AT A STRIP SITE. ABOUT 6 HOURS INTO HIS SHIFT HE NOTICED THAT HIS BACK WAS HURTING PRETTY BAD. HE WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING BACK PAIN WITH GRADE1 SPOND YLOLISTHESIS. HE WAS GIVEN A PRESCRIPTION AND TOLD TO WEAR A BACK BRACE.
