EE was installing paddles on a blade mill and due to the continuous lifting, EE sustained a strained back and sought chiropractor care.
Employee was using a chain hoist at the crusher area to align two holes so he could put a pin through the holes. The end of chain came loose and hit him in the nose, causing a laceration.
