Rock bounced off of a pillar during blasting and contacted the employee

Employee was operating his loader in the mine when he moved suddenly and hit his head on the heater control knobs.

While closing magazine door on powder monkey, he was holding one door closed with left hand and slammed the second door with right hand. When the door slammed shut, it shut on his finger.

Employee was travelling through the mine on his roof bolter when he hit a hole that resulted in a neck strain

EMPLOYEE DROVE HAUL TRUCK OVER A BENCH WHICH RESULTED IN A LACERATION TO HIS LEG.

EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON ENGINE WHEN THE HOOD CAME DOWN AND FORCED HIS FACE INTO THE ENGINE CAUSING A LACERATION TO HIS FOREHEAD.

EE WAS MOUNTING HIS EQUIPMENT WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL ON THE CATWALK BRUISING HIS TAILBONE.

EE WAS ADJACENT TO THE FACE INSPECTING HIS WORK WHEN A SMALL ROCK FELL FROM THE BACK, BOUNCING OFF OF THE FACE AND INTO THE OPEN DOOR OF THE SCALER, STIRKING HIM ON THE HAND.
