EE left his tools on barge he was loading earlier. Went down the gangway to pick up tools and a tug with 6 barges ran into dock and barge he was on shifted he fell to barge. Forklift op was backing out of the bagging room and struck on of the contract EE's that was standing near overhead door with the forklift. The EE fell down and the forklift ran over his leg. The EE was taken to local ER for treatment and released. X-rays were negative and he had no fractures. He received presciption medication for pain.
