EE TURNED HIS LEFT ANKLE WHILE STEPPING DOWN FROM 980C LOADER. HE STEPPED IN A HOLE THAT WAS UNDER THE LADDER.

EE WAS HOLDING UP ONE END OF A PIECE OF STEEL AND THE OTHER END WAS HELD UP BY ANOTHER EE. THE OTHER EE DROPPED HIS END CAUSING IT TO HIT THE DECKING. WHEN THE STEEL DROPPED IT JARRED THE EE S TILL HOLDING THE STEELS BACK.
EE WAS CLIMBING UP THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK(TRUCK WAS BEING PARTED OUT). GRABBED THE RADIATOR GUARD AND CUT HIS RIGHT HAND. STITCHES WERE NEEDED TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
