Carolina Cat technician was entering through an interior door when the door closed on EE's hand.
The employee was using a jigsaw to cut holes in the bottom of the generator pan. The saw either locked down or twisted during the cutting process, which pushed the saw against the ee's finger and the generator frame. The result was a lacerated finger requiring three stitches.
EMPLOYEE WAS LAYING ON HIS SIDE WELDING ON A D8L DOZER WHEN A PIECE OF SLAG POPPED AND WENT INTO HIS LEFT EAR.
EE WAS TIGHTENING BOLTS ON JAW CRUSHER: SLIPPED AND FELL: SHIT HIT EDGE OF TAIL SPRING GUARD CAUSING CUT OF RIGHT LEG.
EE BUMPED ELBOW ON CONTROL LEVER IN THE CAB OF THE EX 1100. THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED ON 6/21/2002 BUT NO PROBLEMS UNTIL 7/31/2002. FLUID WAS DRAINED FROM ELBOW ON 7/31/2002.
