EE was lifting up a grinder and touched the trigger on it and it cut EE's forearm.

Employee was changing screens and felt a pop in EE's right elbow. No restrictions until EE's surgery date of 6/11/2020.

Employee was getting a drill core out of the tube and struck finger with a mallet. Employee received 2 stitches.

Employee was carrying a piece of steel and when ee went to lift it to the deadbox, ee felt a pull in shoulder.

Employee was fusing pipe when the pipe came down off the hook and struck EE in the face.

Employee was cutting a sheet of steel and the piece the employee cut off dropped on their foot.

Employee was operating a skid steer when the blade hit a rock, jarring EE inside the skid steer. EE later reported that their back was injured and went to the clinic on 8 July 2016 after 5p.

Employee was operating an excavator when he noticed something fall from the boom. When he was exiting the cab, he got his foot hung up in the track, fell, twisting his ankle.
