Employee(#1) was installing an accumulator on a CAT 980H Loader with the assistance of a Quarry employee (#2). #2 was holding accumulator while #1 was removing bolts. #1 saw #2 struggling with holding up the part and came down to assist. When #1 took hold of part, #2 let go of part and the unexpected transfer of weight caused #1 to strain upper back muscles.

Employee was dusting off the windshield of a CAT 773 Haul Truck with a rag prior to his shift. While dusting it, his hand swung down and hit the bar below the windshield. (this bar is used for climbing up the truck) This resulted in a dislocated pinky finger on his right hand.

Employee was pulling the torque wrench while standing on a set of stairs. As the employee was pulling, hit weight shifted causing the stairs to slide. The employee's knee twisted to the right and his body fell to the left. His leg went forward and hit the frame of the truck.
