Opened the side panel on the loader and was punctured by the edge of the panel or the handle, resulting in a 2.5 cm cut on EE's right hand in between the thumb and first finger. EE needed 3 stitches.

Injury reported to Safety Mgr. on or around 9/5/08 that his shoulder was sore. He did not receive treatment at that time. No single incident was to blame. He didn't start receiving treatment until January 2009. He notified us on 1/27/09 that he was receiving treatment.
