Employee was carrying a pump through mud and slime, and EE slipped. EE had no initial pain. About 3 hours later, EE felt pain in the left knee, couldn't walk on it. EE saw a doctor the next day. EE was put on crutches and was sent for x-rays. EE was referred to an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation.

Employee was grinding the heads off screws holding conduit clamps, to install new clamps. Something got into the right eye while employee was grinding. Employee was wearing safety glasses.

Employee was using a fence post driver to pound a fence post into the ground. EE lifted the post driver too high, and it came off the fence post. The driver went above EE's head, and EE lost EE's balance. EE fell down and the driver hit EE in the head. It took a little skin off EE's head, and EE was diagnosed as having a concussion when EE went to the ER.

Employee was using a cordless grinder to cut bolts. A piece of metal dust got into his left eye. He was wearing safety glasses. They washed it out with eye wash at the pit and the employee returned to work. The next morning, his eye was still irritated. He went to the eye doctor, who removed the object.

Employee's boot got hung up on step of a loader. He slipped and fell back, and cut his right arm on a corner of the blade. He went to the doctor, where he was examined, and he received 3 stitches.
