EE gasses up a air compressor at start of his shift. spitting some gas while fueling on his right hand. after fueling up air compressor. He went over to tother area to start a project, which required to use a torch. When he struck the starter to light the cutting torch a spark hit his right hand, causing it to burn his hand that the fuel spilled on. He went to umc burn right

EMPLOYEE GOT ON THE LAND CONVEYER TO GREASE THE HEAD PULLEY, WHEN HE WAS DONE GREASING, HE TRIPPED TO GET OFF AND SLIPPED OFF THE BELT FRAME, WHEN HE HIT THE GROUND HIS LEFT KNEE GAVE OUT.

WELDING ON A LAND CONVEYOR AND A CHIPPING OF SLAG GOT INTO HIS RT EYE.

WHILE CUTTING FLASHING LADDER MOVED AND RAZOR BLADE SLIPED AND CUT L. THUMB.
